Sources and Fact-Checking Log

This page lists every public document the Draper pages rely on, once each, grouped by topic. Each entry gives the publisher, the document title, and the date it was checked.

The documents come from government offices, utilities, special districts, standards bodies such as the IICRC, and manufacturers. Federal records come from the US Census Bureau, NOAA, and FEMA. Marketplaces, directories, and company blogs are never used as sources.

Insurance rules, code editions, and census tables are rechecked on a schedule, and a page changes when its source changes. Pages such as Burst Pipe Flooding and Water Damage Cleanup Cost Factors end with a note that counts their documents.
